THE CHAKRAS (C101) deals with each of the seven major chakras in detail, providing information pertinent to the Pneumatherapist.
The goal of the course is to learn all information about chakras that will be required in clinical practice. For this important reason, the assignments are longer and more challenging.
The course builds on INTRODUCTION TO THE CHAKRAS (C100) and overlaps slightly with THE MERIDIANS (M101) because in the end the student has to combine this material as an integrated whole. In clinical practise, all aspects become one holistic whole and nothing stands in isolation. Therefore, the relationship between the elements (chakras, dhamani, physical signs and symproms, mental signs and symptoms, and other energies) is an important aspect of all learning.
Take care to integrate the smaller detail and the chakra's associations with other elements. This is a crucial part of learning.
The assignment exam is open book, therefore it is more challenging and is focused on the above stated desired outcome.
Budget no less than 2-hours study time per chakra. The material is not all that voluminous, but it is packed with important detail.
The best way to integrate everything is to make a large diagram for each chakra on which you note the correlations and associations.
As mentioned above, make a diagram for each chakra on which you add associations as you go along. For example, there is information in INTRODUCTION TO THE CHAKRAS that will not be repeated in this course.
Take the test immediately once you have finished learning a chakra, this will help to increase your exam mark and build more insight for the way ahead.
